Please place an order inquiry by visiting our online shop or by sending an email to orders@stillandtandem.com. Once your order is placed, we will confirm via email within 24 hours (business days).


STILL & TANDEM products are created and assembled by hand, for this reason, your product will be shipped within the lead time provided on the product page. 

We offer standard shipping options for all orders, both domestic and international. It is policy that the customer inspects each item once it arrives and must contact the studio within 72 hours in case of damage sustained during shipping or delivery. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages. 


As each item is made to order, STILL & TANDEM will only offer refunds within 72 hours of the order being placed (receipt emailed). If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact us at orders@stillandtandem.com. Include photos of the defect so we can assess the order and respond in a timely manner.


For wooden and brass products please lightly clean with soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. For glass, please apply mild glass cleaner to soft cloth and carefully wipe surface.
